Custom Vest

• Custom items are made completely to your specifications. You will receive a digital mockup for approval before we begin to make your physical product.
• Up to 5 revisions are included, this includes font change, color change, wording change etc... But does not include overall concept change. 
• To make the thread color choices more palatable I have limited the chart to 40 color options. However, there are hundreds of thread colors, so if you are looking for a specific thread color just send us a message.
• We also offer custom fabric selection for custom vest & capes. We can create a vest from any cotton fabric under the sun.

The turnaround time for custom vest is 4-8 weeks. If you need an item done sooner than this, we do offer a “rush my order” add on. If you’re interested in a rush order, please message us directly. Rush orders are not always available. 

Style Options:

• Vest - single piece of gear that features a chest & girth strap.
• Cape - created to attach to a harness. Enhance your harness with a unique cape design.
• Convertible - created to be versatile. Functions as both a vest & cape.

Rugged Rue is NOT responsible if you order the wrong size or provide incorrect measurements. We are not able to remake, refund or exchange if you order the wrong size. If you need help with measurements, please reach out before submitting your order! We are more than happy to help. 

We WILL NOT under any circumstance directly copy other shops designs! You are welcome to send items as inspiration that you like, but we will not copy others original designs.

DISCLAIMER: On occasion selected materials may become unavailable from our supplier without notice. If this happens, you will be asked to select a new material if we cannot find a suitable replacement.
