Custom items are made completely to your specifications. You will receive a digital mockup for approval before we begin to make your physical product. Up to 4 revisions are included, this includes font change, color change, wording change etc... But does not include overall concept change. A complete concept change will require a $5 digitizing fee.
TAT (turnaround time) for small items is 2-4 weeks. If your order a large quantity this may be extended slightly.
Digital mockups are always very helpful and can be created on CANVA for free. If you do not have a digital mockup, please describe in as much detail as possible the design you would like.
